A.S. Hachzakot was founded in 1999, since then we have been working in managing and maintaining buildings, shopping centres, institutes, and offices.

Our company was founded after years of service in the fields of plumbing, electricity and maintenance.

A.S. Hachzakot is a family-run business, providing personal and warm treatment to each and every client.

 

Our expertise is in management and maintenance of residential buildings of all kinds, from new luxury buildings to the small and old buildings found in all of Jerusalem’s old neighborhoods.

In addition, managing all things related to the collection of building committee tax, mediating between the occupants of the building with regard to neighborly disputes, proper bookkeeping

of the building finances, coordinating tenants' meetings with each building individually.

 

Collection of building committee tax - collection of taxes from all the buildings tenants, without  exception, including legal proceedings if necessary.

Maintenance services are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Any emergency issue will be dealt with immediately.

In the event of an emergency at night or on Saturday, an on-call employee will be available (while coordinating religious needs on a Sabbath), to provide a temporary solution to the problem until the day's arrival of professionals for a thorough solution.

Further more, we specialise in solving issues in a variety of areas in the building, ranging from plumbing to electrical, including electric gates, sealing issues, intercoms, cameras, etc.
