Monthly inspection of the building - including inspection of the roofs, staircases, entrances, electricity, emergency shelters, yards, generator rooms, pump rooms, solar systems, gardens, water reservoirs, electrical gates, intercoms, front doors, etc. The inspection will be done by our management team. After each inspection a report will be given to the building committee, and in the case of full management, the report will be given to all tenants of the building.

 

Maintenance - replacement of lightbulbs and switches, plumbing, overall cleaning, commissioning inspection of various equipment in the building, auditing with an elevator technician, and inspection twice a year by an engineer.

All work done will be supervised by our employees.

All commissioned work will only be done by professionals.

 

24/7 call centre - we provide immediate service for emergency problems, any time of day (taking into consideration religious needs, a “Sabbath gentile” will be provided if needed).

We provide our services to private homes within the buildings we manage.

Providing solutions on the phone if possible, help in finding or eliminating issues, receiving service orders from clients any time of the day.

Arrival within two hours of receiving the call.

plumbing, renovation, diesel, heating, elevators, generators, electrician, pumps, water reservoirs, solar systems, pest control, electric gates, intercoms, doors, etc.

 

In case of major operations, tenants will receive a quote from 3 different service providers prior to  work being done. In addition tenants can provide a quote from a different provider, the best and most cost beneficial provider will be used.

 

Inspection - we make sure to maintain our standard by supervision of working operations (commissioned by A.S. Hachzakoot). From refilling diesel, the elevator technician, to the generator room, am employee will make sure everything is done properly.
